HEADLINE	Incompetent Management
On Wednesday 1 February 2012 the bus drivers went on strike for the third time. It is the second strike in since January 20112. The Gautrain Bus service is subcontracted to Bombela. Both companies management are in competent. 1. Bombela's management is unable to control Gautrain Bus service. Further, they have no contingency plan for the bus service in place. This service must have a contract in place. I am sure that the lack of service is breach of contract. 2. Gautrain Bus Service management is useless. Surely the drivers must have valid grievances. A in the last few days a mining company dismissed thousands of workers due to illegal industrial action. This management has no contingency plan in place. Many bus travellers were stuck as a result of the bus driver's action. This must stop. The bus drivers reduced a world class service to a third class service.
