I have been using the Gautrain for the last 2 months now and on your website it states that your stations open 5 am in the mornings, which is not true as the station at the Centurion branch only opens 05:15 sometimes later leaving people to stand outside in bad weather conditions and wait. Why advertise anything if the time is not 5 am?? My second complaint is that for 2 months i have been able to enter the station and go and sit by the platform and await for the train all of a sudden now we are not allowed to enter the gates until half past 5 in the mornings forcing the people to stand an additional 15 minutes without any seating areas. The security and staff are extremely rude and very unhelpful(there are a few exceptions). I am utterly frustrated and disgusted with the service i have gotten from the Centurion Branch. Add a new Gautrain Report Inappropriate report?
