We bought a Kelvinator Dishwasher at Game in Potchefstroom and installed it in our home in Bothaville (21 January). Apparently there was a fault with the water supply and after studying the installation booklet, contacting a plumber and trying everything humanly possible to get the appliance working, we eventually took the Dishwasher back to Game. Because of the distance to Game, we needed to wait for the first available lift. At Game, the manager informed us that we had to bring the machine back within 7 days for them to exchange the machine. This is utterly disappointing, because we've never even used the machine. We now only have their promise that they will send someone to have a look. Our question- what about the warranty? |
