On several occasions, after receiving the adverts of Game - I have visited the shop in Kolonade with them ALWAYS being out of stock This has been for TV's, cameras etc. Currrently since December of advertising the Digitech Wireless alarm kit + digital recording kit combo on, the Kolonade's branch apparently have this on back-order since June 2011. (Previously - they just made excuses that they are sold out ) Seeing that i have been interested in this item since last year, and not succeeding I decided to try other branches, like Menlyn branch, they say this is brand new stock and they are still waiting for their stock. I think it is false advertising on getting customers in the shop, with the hope of them buying something else with stock advertised, being sold out. This has been going on since last year December for the Digitech system. But other digital appliances, I have been interested in, are as i said ALWAYS sold out and no-stock. Please rectify your adverts or ensure that the shops mentioned have the necessary stock for the correct customer satisfaction. Regards |
