Hi I bought a microwave on 29/02/08 & it got faulty so I took it for repairs on the 22-04-08,its more than 3 weeks of waiting now and on the wall at Game it was written than if it took longer than 3 weeks to repair you will either get a refund or a replacement.when I phoned them today I could never get through to customer services & was told that they are busy & left my no.with a lady by the name of Unathi & eventully someone phoned me & said my microwave is still at the supplier & i asked about the 3 week rule and she said she is going to speak to her superviser and get back to me & I am still waiting.GAME BEACON BAY (EAST LONDON)
