On 10th May 2008, I went to Game stores as they had advertised a Trojan Home Gym. After enquiring i was told that they didn't receive the stock and the salesman informed me that he doesn't know why they advertise specials not available in store. He then offered me another Trojan Power Station which i would have to pay for first and then they would get it from their warehouse and I could collect on the 12 May. On Monday I went through to Game and was told that the truck hadn't delivered the gym, if they could please then deliver it for me at no charge on Tuesday 13th May. I informed them that im employed and cannot stay at home waiting for their delivery and expected a full refund. After profuse begging and promises from the manager that I would receive the gym on tuesday, i left the store. On tuesday i made arrangements with my boss to go home early to wait for the delivery and to my horror, nobody came through even though i had phoned the store to confirm that the gym was ready for despatch and that it would be delivered. Here i sit on Wednesday 14 May and still no gym even though it was paid for 4 days ago. Worst service, will be going to store for refund today.
