I bought a Trojan treadmill on the 1st February. I had no problems with it on the 2nd & 3rd. On the 4th, some of the buttons on the monitor and arm`s started to act up. I went into Game with my problem and one of the staff members gave me Trojan`s Phone number. I phoned Trojan on the 5th with the problem. They came out on the 13th and had to take the monitor and the arms with them. On the 27th they returned BUT had to take the monitor with as it was still not working. I phoned them on the 3rd March to find out what the problem was and was told that the Technician was involved in an accident the previous day but it will be returned on the 4th March. On the 5th I made a comment on Game`s Website. On the 7th the Monitor and Arm`s Was returned so that I can use the treadmill while they were getting a new monitor from JHB. I went into Game on Saturday and Yesterday. I was put on the phone with Imran at Leisure Holdings, who now says the monitor has to come from CHINA and that I must go to Game and ask for a replacement monitor. I even emailed ***@leisureholdingssa.co.za on the 11April without any reply.
