We were looking to purchase a new home entertainment unit and in the electronics section, there was absolutely nobody to assist us. We asked a lady at the front desk... she was extremely rude and unhelpful, and I was shocked when she blatantly told me that the employees in that section usually run away when the store gets busy, and they are all outside on a break! (Unbelievable). My husband asked one of the people from outside the electronics section, who said he didn't really know much about the appliances there but he found out that the specific unit we were looking for was out of stock. We then stood for 45 minutes at the counter while the person at the front tried calling "another branch" to see if they had the unit. He stood there with the phone hardly acknowledging us. There were numerous other frustrated customers in the line at the same time who were equally frustrated with this pathetic so-called "service". Frustrated, we asked for the manager and were told that no manager was working!!shocking.We were looking to spend at least R3000 in the store that day...
Well, after the horrible service we received- we ended up leaving empty handed and Game has lost a loyal customer
