The store: Games west street service was pathetic, i have bought a playstation from them 2 years ago, i had no problems with the playstation until last year the disc was not reading so we took it back to then they sent it for repairs and advised they would call us and advise so they called and said the psp 2 could not be fixed they gave us the money back so then we purchased another psp 2 the same problem happened i personally took it back to game and was advised they will call me back its now 1 week and 4 days and no one has called me, i have requested to the sales lady at customer services that i want my monay back because i cant have the same problem twice......
and another problem is that the number they gave me i cannot get through to anybody what type os service is this......

i would like someone to contact me and ADVISE WHY MUST I WAIT SO LONG AND THAT I REQUESTED FOR MY MONEY BACK ASAP becasue s far as im concerned they should give me my ,oney back because why should i have to suffer twice..
