What service?

I wanted to purchase furniture from Boksburg, but no one phoned me with updates to my account application. I had to make all relevant calls and was told **** by the ladies working with the accounts.

Also my account application was rejected, because my IUF is incorrect on my payslip. This is impossible and an insult to Pastel Accounting SA. I struggled for so long to get a refund on a deposit i paid - (that was never used to purchase stock), that i eventually sorted it out myself with Head Office.

Boksburg branch is pathetic in all areas.

I will never purchase from Furniture city again.

Thanks to Jan (sales rep.), Lorinda and Charmain for wasting my time.
