I bought stuff from furnCity Cresta late last year, the lady who was helping me(Gloria) did not go into detail in terms of payment terms and she messed up the entire contract as their manager had to come to my workplace for me to sign as the initial contract was apparently not saved. So he told me that i will be paying R2671 monthly so i have called their accounts departments requesting for my contract to be reviewed as i want to extend my payment terms instead of 2yrs to maybe 4 yrs so that my installment will be more manageable, i was told it is not possible to do that. Which came as a shock to me as it's just a matter of printing a new contract. so my question is , would you rather have a person struggle to make your payments and denting my credit record or you can look into extending my payment terms? I would really like someone to look into this and make my life a lot easier because paying R2671 and my other bills is really hard for me. I am not saying i don't want to pay my account but all i am saying is revisit my contract and look into extending my payment term atleast if i paid R1000 monthly that would be much better. |
