| Januaryy 13th 2012 on a friday I went to value mart in woodmead into furniture city in the hopes of buying 3 beds I saw on flyer. I showed Sam what I wanted and he said its out of stock but they can get it for me and deliver Tuesday 17th. So went ahead got 3 queen beds originally wanted doubles but apparently that could take 2weeks to receive.paid cash for 2 beds and said would come back sunday to pay balance and transport fee. On sunday I paid balance I confirmed delivery tuesday.Sam agreed with a smile. Come tues no beds no call. My husband had to call them for an explanation. Excuses have ranged from: No transport to pick them up to deliver to me,they waiting for stock,beds comming in from durban then Bel air and beds been sent back because they are dirty but new,waiting for new beds to be dispatched,to they can only deliver 2 of the 3 beds.Spoke to Samkelo today another manager I calmly let him know I was unhappy as I have been patient and understanding but now have had it with their antics. waiting to see if all my beds,that I paid cash for will be delivered in good condition since they don't score points for being on time or professional | |||

| Indifferent: The call was so rehearsed felt like she (kerusha) just wanted to get the call over with,with the same garbage"We once again do apologise for the bad experience."It seemed all she cared about was that the beds were delivered no matter how late (even gave them til 11am and they failed miserably) considering they were supposed to deliver on tuesday not saturday! Her tone was bored,disconnected basically a couldn't care less just going to entertain the customer attitude. Still not impressed!Epicfail | |||
