Non delivery of beds

Enquired about purchasing bunk beds. Chose beds we liked. Beds were to be delivered on Saturday 21 January 2012. I received a call on Wednesday to confirm address of delivery was told that I would receive a call 1 hour before the beds arrived. I made arrangements to have my old beds sold so I would have place to put the new beds. As to date and time 20:00 our beds have not been delivered and I now have no beds for my children to sleep on tonight!

We have received feedback from the warehouse that the delivery of your bunk beds should be taking place during the course of the day.
