| I inquired about a Samsung fridge at Woodlands Furniture City. There was one on the floor marked R4299.00. I asked the saleslady that I wanted to purchase one. She went to her desk and checked for stock. She came back to me and said that unfortunately there is no stock at the shop or warehouse. I was upset about this and wanted to speak to the manager. She accompanied me to his office and told him I want to see him. I greeted him and asked him why does he advertise products in the shop when he can't supply. He did not greet or introduce himself to me and with a very ***** attitude said that there is stock. I told him that his sales personal informed me about the stock position. He said that it is nonsense and that the warehouse in Boksburg has stock. He can have one here in four days time. I told him that this does not help me as I need one urgently. He did not even bother to try and make a plan for me. He was very bombastic, arrogant, unhelpful and treated me very rudely. Luckily Furniture City does not have the sole mandate on Samsung fridges! I'll rather take my business to Makro! | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: I was contacted by Furniture City and was informed that Dan Malepe denies all my allegations in other words I am a lair. Luckily a leopard can't change its spots. His despicable behaviour will pop up again in the feature. Give him enough rope and he will hang himself. | |||
