| I have been so disappointed with the service I got from this store as I ordered a combo at the begining of December and some of the things I bought were only delivered on the 24th of December and up until today I have not received the couches which were part of the combo and no one ever contacts me at this store to explain what is going on and when I call they alwaiys give me all sorts of excuses and the worst of it is I have to pay for couches that I have not even received. | |||

Hello AsaQ, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. Your complaint has been logged at Customer Care and is receiving our urgent attention. As per our telephonic discussion you have been informed that there is no stock available at the warehouse and that we are now waiting for the suppliers to deliver these couches through to the warehouse. Utterly Disgusted:
Hello Kerusha As per our telephonic conversation you had said that you will call me as soon as you find out when the suppliers will deliver these couches but I have not received any response as to when I'm going to get the couches that I have already paid for. |
