we had a order set-up and were phoned thursday 02/02/2012 to confirm delivery for Saturday 04/02/2012. we waited the whole day as we werent given a time for the delivery, only for no-one to arrive. seeing as we ordered a new lounge suite and plasma stand, we thought it good to donate our current set on friday 03/02/2012 ( believing out order would come) now today 06/02/2012 it took nearly 4 hours of phoning to find out the truck never left with our goods due to 1 item not being in stock, an item we were told would be available again during the week of 30/01/2012 to 03/02/2012. no we have no lounge, and no plasma stand, because a system error showed a false stock value. my 2 kids, baby myself and preagnant wife have to sit on tiled cold floor. now she is at risk of doing harm to our unborn baby because there is nothing comfortable to sit on. with this as proof, i will hold furniture city accountable if something should happen to both my wife or the unborn baby. big thanx to Jessie at the Springfield branch for not letting this go and keeping us updated |
