| HEADLINE | Mattress still faulty!!! |

| It really is frustrating to be typing this, complaining about the same thing, trust me i get no joy from all this. All i want is my mattress to be exchanged and to date its still not sorted!!!! a representative came to inspect the bed and at the time he had said the only thing faulty was my base, saying the only reason my bed had some noise was because the base was faulty. well it took weeks before they could replace the base. after eventually replacing the base the mattress still makes funny noises even worse now!!have explained all this to Kerusha already and to date i am waiting for her to get back to me. I mean i speak of a mattress that's not even six months old, money comes off my account every month, while i am still an unhappy customer. this is totally unacceptable, very unfair that i have to sleep on a supposedly new bed but when one sleeps on it, it feels like it's 10 years old! Furniture City can you please get it right? this is just not on!!! This is upsetting!!! | |||
