| We bought a couch from this outlet 5 DEC 2011. Within a couple of weeks the two seater Cisco sinema couch started to come apart. I went back to the outlet on 5 JANUARY 2011 to arrange a replacement couch with Patrick. All seem to be well, and all parties involved agreed to do the replacement. It is now close to a MONTH later, and still NO REPLACEMENT. After numurous calls to the Woodlands Branch AND SEVERAL to customer care, I still have NO JOY. I spoke to RICARDO, VUZI and CLAYTON at Customer Care ,and not one of them bothered to come back to me AS PROMISED. And this now is the CUSTOMER CARE department of FURNITURE CITY.
