| I went into the Fourways Crossings brand mid-December 2011 to open and account and as they were offline the paperwork was only going to be processed once they were back online. I followed up after a week of not hearing from them and was informed they were still waiting for a response. I indicated that i was going to travel at the end of December for the holidays and would only follow up in Jan when i got back. Upon my arrival back in SA in the first week of Jan i had a msg. on my phone informing me that they had eventually received a response and i could proceed with the application. I arranged with Tshepang to come in and sign the order and went in to the branch only to be informed that she couldnt find my approval in the system - apparently its removed from the system if it **** idle for 2 weeks.Again price of the item had changed because it had been a sale item and the sale was now over (as if its my fault that they stalled) She asked me to re-submit documents so i could re-apply again (3 weeks ago) and since then i still don't have a response. The problem seems to ****with whoever does approvals as she has to re-fax docs over and over...Can i get a response once and for all? | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: I wonder why i even 'bothered' them. I think they only respond to complaints to make it seem as if something is being done when in actual fact they don't do anything. I will not be wasting my time further with this... | |||
