Have to sit on the floor!!!!

In December Furniture City were having a great special, which I understand was selling out fast. The special suited my Girlfriend and I especially as were moving into a new appartment and need new Furniture. we are First time buyers and had great expectations for our new experiance. As we were only moving in this past weekend (28 January) we ask if the delivery could only be made then. and this was agreed on! Time for delivery and i now found out the A-there is no stock and B- that we will have to just wait. the Delievery was Confirmed to myself By Jan (the sales Gent) on Friday 27th January for the next day. It is now been said that because they could not get hold of my Girlfriend (who's name is on the Order) while she work, they could not make the correct arrangments for Deilivery. Yet everytime my Girlfriend had seen a missed call from Furniture City, she notified me and I call only to be told they will call me back imediatly which never happend.
Is this how Furniture treats all New or First time Buyers? I suppose if I don't make payment when it's due they will be the First to complain~!!! Thanks for making our new start an Awesome Experiance.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, Furniture City would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and your frustration is totally warranted.

As per our telephonic discussion you have indicated that you have received delivery of the Dining chairs however still waiting for the delivery of the rest of the goods.

The matter has been escalated through to senior management for further feedback and Customer Care will advise you accordingly.

Utterly Disgusted: Okay so i have finalley received our Furniture, even thou after the 4th time for delievery they address has been wrong 3 Times, even thou it has been confirmed. and the only reply I get it that it was the warehouse fault, more finger blaming.
Thanks to Furniture City, the Costumer Complaints department and the warehouse for making our First time buying and moving in our new place so amazing. It truely feels like we as the buyers have been in the WRONG. Thanks...
