| I bought a lounge suite at furniture suite and they delivered everything but a chair worth R3000 - in this regard i then asked the delivery guy to tell them that i'm cancelling the chair. After a year i realised that my instalment is actually inclusive of that chair. I called them and asked them either to reduce my instalment or to give me something as a replacement. They (Johan du Plooy Manager Furniture city polokwane) opted for a replacement asked me what do i need and i said a Bed (base and mattress set). They delivered it (it was not in a new item condition) it was not wrapped in its original plastic and on the second day it started making spring noises. then called customer service to report. Johan called me and i told him the fault of the bed. He said he will contact the manufacturer and come back to me he never did. Till now F.CITY customer services have not resolved this issue - today the called and after telling the consultant the whole story a millionth time - he replied - saying Johan reported that the issue should be closed and they will not assist any further. I'm speechless i feel i've been treated unfairly because now i have to settle for a bed with factory fault . | |||

| Over the Moon: I hereby would like to Compliment Furniture City for treating me as a valued customer by speedily responding to my complaint regarding the bed. Furniture City gave me a call to get a clearer background of my complaint and within a few days they delivered a new bed at my door step. I am overwhelmed with the quick service i received and now I'm surely looking forward to doing business with them in the future. | |||
