I bought an Apollo couch which was delivered on the 15th Dec 2011. The one piece did not have the hinges that connect the whole couch and essentially the couch is split into 2. I lodged a request for an exchange for the part of the couch on the same day of delivery. I have called numerous times to get this sorted and between numerous people that have called me to inquire about the situation, none of them have provided any results in resolving this situation and its been six weeks. At this stage I refuse to pay any amounts owing to my account until this situation is resolved and I am lodging this complaint because I believe I have been superbly patient with the store but that has not been beneficial. Hello sliquecya, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. As per our telephonic discussion you have been advised that the exchange of the couch is being planned by the warehouse. We are currently waiting on confirmed feedback to when the delivery will take place and Customer Care will also do the necessary follow up calls to ensure that this matter is resolved as soon as possible.
