Hi Furniture City, I am not happy with your staff at Carnival Mall, early last month I went there to get credit, everything went well and was approved on time but then when it came time for them to deliver the stuff, apparently African Bank took long to process my stuff which resulted in the branch starting from scratch to do my contract, I had to go back to the branch to sign the contract again, on Tuesday the 31 January 2012 one of the guys at your branch called me last minute to tell me that they are out of stock on the sleeper couches the warehouse will only be delivering some of the stuff, I find that is very Unprofessional and again I was told my stuff will be delivered on Thursday but I got a call from your warehouse on Friday morning asking me if there is anyone at home I mean, does this happen often or is it because I am a black female I should be able to understand, I called the manager Yolandie on Wednesday 01 February 2012 to tell her to cancel everything I no longer wish to purchase furniture from the store and she said its fine, But it looks like she hasn't cancelled it otherwise I would not be getting a call from your warehouse on the 03 February 2012, can |
