| I have recently purchased furniture at Furniture City Festival Mall, one of the items was a Samsung Fridge,when purchased they informed me it was out of stock & would take +- week & half to arrive,which was acceptable to me.However it is now 3 weeks later and guess what,NO FRIDGE!!!I have phoned countless times,been promised it was ordered & will come in a couple of days, but to my surprise still no fridge, once again I phoned same excuses as before....was ordered blah blah! I contacted the Manager at the Branch and now he has informed me that it has not evened arrived at the Warehouse and it would still take a further week & half to arrive!!!!!this totally unacceptable!!! i am out-raged of the incompatance of the staff at Furniture City!All i want is my Fridge, i can order it through Samsung and get it in 3 Days so why cant they!!!! | |||

Hello liverpool13, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, Furniture City would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have received feedback that the stock of the fridge will be delivered through to the warehouse on the 14th of February. You have however requested for another fridge to be delivered through to you.
