Bad service/damaged goods

After waiting a week for furniture purchased at Furniture City the goods soon began to fall apart. After much hassle the furniture was replaced but was in much worse shape than the previous ones. Furniture City has now agreed to come and collect the good but it has been a week and nothing has happened. They do not respond messages I leave. My experience with then has not been good to say the least.

As per our telephonic discussion you have been advised that the deal has been cancelled as per your request. The store is arranging for the collection of the goods to take place.
