| HEADLINE | 3 Months NO TV! |
Long story short. My TV has been in for repair with Furniture City for 3 months. It's now gone back the 3rd time as it came back worse from repair than the first day I left it with them. They scratched the cover the first time and left a solder drop as well. The TV fades to black the longer it stays on, which was not the minor original problem. Second time in they promised a new TV only to retract the statement later on. I regret buying the thing from them now, but I regret taking the TV in for repair in the first place. From my experience with Furniture City Strubens Valley, if you really desperate to buy something from them, don't take the extended warranty. Rather phone your insurance company and try to get it from them. Their service ***** when it comes to repairing goods. I still don't have my TV and don't know if I'll ever get it back in a good working condition. |

Not Impressed:
It's now been more than 4 months and I'm still sitting with a TV that your repair services broke in the first place. Yes, the Samsung agent did come out, but I've not heard from them since. If I don't have my TV back in working order by end next week (24 Feb 2012) then I want my R9000 back, so I can go and buy a TV from a supplier who knows what the word “Customer Service” means, or SORT THIS OUT! I'm tired of having to put a fire under your *** to get service! |
