Hellopeter.com is a gateway between Suppliers and Customers.
Customers may Write a Report about the service that they receive from their suppliers.
Suppliers registered as Companies Who Respond on Hellopeter.com receive notification of the report, address the issue raised and respond to the report.

Everything a Customer does on Hellopeter.com is FREE! So Writing A Report is free.

Hellopeter.com is designed for reports by Customers about Customer Service issues only.

There is no limit to the amount of reports you write. But you are limited to one Compliment and one Complaint per supplier per issue and add-ons will be deleted.

Only Suppliers registered as Companies Who Respond receive your contact details and only if you write a report about that particular company.

A report cannot be changed once it is published on the site.

You will receive an email 54-hours (excluding weekends) after your report appeared on the site, asking you to Rate the Supplier's Response and give Customer Feedback. • There is no Feedback facility for reports about Companies Who Don't respond on Hellopeter.com.

Hellopeter.com does not act on behalf of any Supplier. Hellopeter.com does not participate in ongoing communication between the Company Who Responds and the customer. But you can request further communication from the company in your Feedback to the Company's response. To access your reports and associated Feedback, click here.

No. we cannot Write A Report on your behalf. All reports must be written directly on the site by the customer. No faxes or emails are uploaded to the site.

There is an annual registration, set-up and admin. fee payable by EVERY Company Who Responds to reports. The annual fee is R375.00 plus VAT (Total: R427.50 per annum). Companies are also charged an Annual Response Fee according to the number of reports currently on the site (last 12 months). Companies with less than 4 reports pay NO Annual Response Fee - they only pay the annual registration fee of R427.50.

• If this report violates the rules of the site (written by a competitor, written by an employee, serves as a response by a supplier, contains swearing etc):
  • Open the report and below the incident click the link Inappropriate Report.
  • Select correct company option, enter the validation code and click Submit.
  • Complete the form and click Submit
• There is no facility to add your opinion to this report.
• There is no facility to Respond to the author of this report unless you are a Company Who Responds. If you would like to respond to this report, please complete a Subscription form. Hellopeter.com will supply you with a quote / pro forma invoice. On receipt of payment, you will become a Company Who Responds, have access to all customer details relating to reports written about your company including name, email address and cell number, and able to respond to ALL reports about your Company.

Reports remain on Hellopeter.com for a period of twelve months.

• Each report MUST be addressed within Three Business Hours both as a Supplier's Response on Hellopeter.com and by email / telephone directly to the customer.
• Each Supplier's Response to a Complaint on Hellopeter.com must be Updated Within 36 Hours providing resolution / solution / final outcome.
• Hellopeter.com automatically inserts "Hello Username" above your Response. Please do not address your Customers by their proper names on the site.

• Select: Company Zone on the left hand side Menu Bar.
• Log in with your Username and Password.
• Select: Reports.
• Click on ANY report to open.
• Hellopeter.com automatically inserts "Hello Username" above your Response. Please do not address your Customers by their proper names on the site.
• Type your response (1200 characters) in the Supplier's Response block.
• Click: Preview.
• Click: Save Response.

Your responses cannot be edited once submitted.
Your Customer receives an email advising that you have responded.
The Customer then supplies Feedback on how well you responded.

• Select: Company Zone on the left hand side Menu Bar.
• Log in with your Username and Password.
• Select: Reports.
• To view one or more reports, tick the box/es on the right.
• Scroll down and click: View Selected at the bottom of the page.
• Click: Print Button to get copies of your reports.

Under every report on the site is a Find this report inappropriate? Tell us link.

This link should be used to report the following:

• Incorrect Supplier Name.
• Duplicate Reports.
• Please alert us if you spot a Customer who is obnoxious, uses profanities or is not reporting on Customer Service issues. We will take action.
• If Customers go on and on about the same issue - even though you've responded and the issue has been resolved to the best of your ability as a Company Who Responds, kindly inform us.

• 54-hours (excluding weekends) after a Report has been made about Your Company we send a Follow-Up email to your Customer asking them to tell us how their report was handled by you.
  • The email links the Customer to their report on the website and they select one of the following: Over The Moon; Quite Impressed; Indifferent; Not Impressed; Utterly Disgusted.
  • Customers are requested to give their reason (max 300 characters) for their choice e.g. No contact, Cut and paste response, Immediate resolution, etc.).
  • Customers are asked if they'd like to change their COMPLAINT into a COMPLIMENT.
  • You'll receive an email link to the Customer Feedback.
• Customer's Feedback appears on the website together with the original report and Suppliers' Responses.
• To access Customer Feedback, go to the Companies Who Respond list (left hand side Menu Bar) and select your company.
  • Click on Your Company to view how Your Customers rate your company's responses.
  • If you're a new Company Who Responds on Hellopeter.com, there won't be any Customer Feedback yet, but when future comments are made, Customers will be asked to give Feedback.

• To obtain this feature, Select: Company Zone and login as a Company Who Responds.
• Click on: Zone Tools.
• Below API / RSS Tool click the link Request this tool here.
• Complete the Access Request form and we'll activate the feature for your Company and email additional information to you.

You only need mention the most important facts when responding.
Edit your response, and email a more comprehensive response to the Customer if required.
