I took my Car into Ford on Thursday I took a seat waiting for Raymond to assist me, he said he will be a 1min as he was busy with his system, a woman walked in after me, and he was all of a sudden ready to help her, I waited there for 2 clients to be helped before Raymond handed me over to Edu, I find that it was ****** as both clients are White...Edu Jobert then assisted me and he said everything will be fine...He then gave me a call friday at about 12pm Edu called to say everything was done except for 1 part shock mounting, and that I can collect my car on Saturday. MIsleading" Ford advertises that shop opens at 8:30, I waited there in the hot sun till 9pm, no appology from the gentleman, no courteous behavior nothing, I complained he did not appologise, he swiped my card and took my money but no appology, I then got into my car to find that other work was done and not that , that was said by Edu, now they calling technicians and they say that they still waiting for part, Edu however said that its done.. The guy then appologised and then said he will take an hour away from the 2hrs labour , "Isnt that the dop system" give the coloured something free and he will keep his mouth |
