TOOK CAR FOR A SERVICE AND THEY LEFT OIL CAP OFF

I bought a Ford KA privately for my daughter to travel to university. I took it on13 January 2012 for a full AA 3 hour technical test to ensure that the car is reliable. The test indicate minor issues to be attended I took the vehicle to Nelspruit Auto (Ford) for a service and requested them to adjust the handbrake and to quote me on a gear nob and middle front bumper It was the 80 000km service and thus only oil filter, Samp washer and air-con filter was replaced This totalled to R1200.00 They also quoted me allot of extras amounting to R10 500.00 but did not adjust the handbrake or quote for the gear nob or front bumper They also quoted me 17 minutes labour to replace a park light!!!! On my way home I smelled oil burning and I stopped in the traffic they did not close the oil cap. It was raining heavy since the previous night and the roads were flooded water was spraying in the engine as I was driving I immediately phoned the company and they indicated that the cap was possible removed at the wash bay??? This mean definite water in the oil that meant en gin damaged I am still waiting for the dealer to indicate to me what is to be done although I reported it to Ford SA.
