| I had a problem with my car parts falling off after my car came back from a repairer used by my insurance. I then asked that my car be taken in to a FORD dealership for fixing and for everything to be checked. Two days after collecting my car it was flickering as an indication that the car was over heating n the fan would go on for too long even after a short drive. I then called my insurance and they referred me back 2 ford. I called Renette @ ford and after explaining to her my issues she advised me that the machine might not have picked up the problems (overheating indicator and ffan). This either means to me that the full check wasn't done on the car or their machines aren't reliable. If the maker of the car doesn't have the tools to do the work who has?? Does this mean ford is not equiped to fix and make sure that their cars are running accordingly?? Its taken me time off work and money to come back and get the car re-checked. I get to the dealer and they don't have courtesy car for me (not that I was advised my car wlll need to stay behind) and they offered to drop me off somewhere in Rooderpoort which is far from my home or work.
