Shocking Service

I currently own a 1.4 trend Ford Fiesta, which is still under warranty.

Sequence of events below:

* Car went in for a service due to the warning of the airbag malfunction which started appearing on the computer system.
* Car was return after service and warning still appeared on the computer
* Sent car back to Ford and Mazda N1 city (Barloworld) Cape Town.
* Picked up that the airbag module needed to be replaced, part was replaced.
* Car was returned to me to my disgust the airbag warning alarm still went off.
* I sent the car back for the third time.
* I was then told there was a virus in the computer system and the clutter needed to be replaced.
* New part was ordered from Pretoria, part arrived which was the wrong part.
* Then I was told the correct part was on back order and it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
* 2 days later I get a call to say they have found a part.
* Part was fitted to be establish that an ambient clutter was fitted to a trend car ie radio, temperature, km left on tank etc didn't work. It is beyond me how this error can happen!!!
At this point all I know is that they still trying to found the correct part.
