POOR SERVICE

Last year on the 19 December 2011 I sent my car for service and pick it up on the 23 December 2011 in the morning, I drove the car just a day then it was giving me a problem, it did'nt start, then I reported it at Ford, then I had to bring it back on the 3 Jan 2012 and just after a day they told me that the petrol pump of that car is faulty and the car is still new 2009 model. I gave them my car so that they should fix it infact the warranty should pay for that petrol pump , untill today my car has not yet been repaired and I have asked them to borrow me one of their loan Cars for time they still waiting for a petrol pump , I dont understand how can a petrol pump take 3 weeks. I m struggling to go to work because I'm using the taxis and they still not giving me the car as they promised..My intention was to buy a new focus but after this poor service i will never buy it. i will go to other brands..
