Poor feedback and service delivery

I drive a 2011 Ford Ikon, purchased from above mentioned dealership. I recently experienced prro road handling and took the vehicle in for a 15000km service and to check the powersteering as i thought this was the underlying problem. They then found that the rear shocks are worn and that they need to be claimed as part of a warranty, this was done on 21.12.2011, i then contacted them 22.12.2011 @ 13h15 to confirm the progress on the claim, the warranty claims clerk was not available and it was said that sehe would contact me once in office. I then went in at 15h00 as she did not call me. Once i gave them a piece of my mind it was only confirmed that the shocks would arrive 29.12.2011, i did tell them that i am leaving for Cape Town on 27.12.2011 and that i can not drive with the vehicle like this. I contacted the customer care also and their feedback was that the parts dept is working on skeleton staff and that parts are only despatched on special request and that they are unable to give me feedback on how to speed the process. The dealership told me to drive down to Cape town and once i am back to book the vehicle for fitment. I however dont agree as this is a hazard for me.
