| Was in an accident, car is at the Autobody Repairer for over a month. Was supposed to get the car back yesterday, then I was informed that a part needed has not been created by Ford Motor Company and it will take another 3 weeks to repair my vehicle as the partnumber has only been created now and it was only ordered now. Now they refused to give me a courtesy car. I had a rental vehicle from my insurance but it is only valid for 30 days which was fine as I was informed that my vehicle would be ready on 7 Desember 2011. I am unable to work due to the fact that Ford Motor Company and Lazarus Ford could not order a neccessary part. Thus I will be forced to take legal action. | |||
