i booked my car to have the water pump replaced on the 12/11/2011. i took my car in at 8am after confirming that the servive/replacement. at 11 am i was called to imform me that the part has subseuently been used on another vehicle during the week. upset and furious i picked up my car and was promised that this lack of service would be resolved. the next week i recieved a call after OFFICE hours and was told that the part had been ordered. I demanded compensation and was told that the service manager was on training and that i would need to wait for his decision.... to date i am still waiting and still without a new water pump.... serious breach of contract and infringement of CPA. |
