Latent defects on a car & unproffesional salesmen

I bought a 2nd hand VW Polo Classic from a Ford/ Mazda delership in Vereering trading as Vereeniging Auto on Thursday 4th Jan 2012. I paid R50 000 cash via EFT. The Salesman Richard Ncqobo, assured me that the car would be registered in my name and that I would receive the necessary paperwork which I haven't received. On 26th January the car started overheating and I made the dealership aware. They asked me to get it fixed and send them a quotation. I told the dealership should fix it from thier side. I have not recieved any joy or help from them in this regard till today.

I went to Vereeniging to sort this out in person. I met Rory Plitt, the Director who spoke to me in a very rude and loud manner saying "This is not McDonalds where you can return things, you dont buy a car and return it in 3 weeks saying you dont want it". He scribbled his lawyers' details on a piece of paper and told me to speak to him because he is not interest. I told him that I would escalate this to the RMI and consumer protection commission. He arrogantly told me that I should write my compalints in bold so that it can be seen amongst all complaints. I am left with a car that isn't working and no help
