Hi , Last week Tuesday the 6th l purchased a new engine at ford Selby for a 1.6 Bantum. They told me l could get it fitted anywhere then take it to one of their approved dealers for inspection (if all was fitted fine) so that l can have a 6months warranty/garantee for the engine . On Thursday the engine was fitted by my mechanic . I then booked it in for inspection at Eagle's conner. It was checked and they said the engine is fine. Only to find out that the engine had problems .Chris from Selby told me to put in the old parts which is the (FLY WHEEL and COIL) but now l have bought the new parts and l have to put back my old parts. This does not make sense. They don't even want to assist me or even if l did pay for the inspection + a they are saying l shoulould pay for inspection again.They did not do a good job now l have to pay pay pay. Very dissapointed . The story is very long and l can't even include everything here. I thought FORD Eagles Conner, Selby and Parkmeadows had care for their customers but sorry . It has just made me hate a FORD car and everthing to do with ford. I did pay my money for a new engine and inspection but still left with no car , no money and sorry |
