| I purchased a brand new Ford Figo from Casseys Auto in springs about 8 months ago. I have had no stop trouble with this vehicle and I am tiered of taking it back I should not need to its BRAND NEW. After the first service my car came back with a lose Ignition and my key battled to come out the response from casseys was all figos do it., my car uses too much oil i have put in about 8 pints since purchase ,my first gear jumps out every now and then, my car jerks when driving 120 without air-con and jerks at any speed when air-con is on, my window rattled(fixed) trimmings started coming off my car, my radio has gone in as the input jack does not work. My car was in for two days last week and now I have to take it back again tomorrow as nothing is fixed what did they do for TWO days, my work is getting annoyed with the fact that i keep having car trouble, I will NEVER buy a ford again, I was so happy when purchasing my car I put a 20k deposit down, and what a waste. I wish i never bought a ford. I just want my car fixed or i want ford to sell that piece of junk.!!! i drive far each day and through JHB i am a women and i need a reliable car which i once belived was a ford. I want help | |||
