I had numerous faults on a brand new ford bakkie, and asked them to replace it. Most were fixed finally after much arguing and 11 (!!) visits to the workshop. They cannot fix or find the last fault, crazy "ghost" reving and have now offered me a second hand car as a replacement. I thought I'd try it after 5 months of **** with them, but it's even worse than the new one. Grinding brakes, rattling all over the place and also crazy up and down revs. What a pity, I had such high regard for Ford before all this |
