cant keep promise to repair gearbox

First when i bought a new fiesta the radio was broken and the factory cant even repair it, had to wait 3 weeks for a other radio. then my car go for it's first service and they informed me that they need to replace the gearbox. I took one day leave so that they could replace it and then Darius called just before 17:00 and tell me that the factory send the ford bantam gearbox instead of the ford fiesta gearbox. Then they said that i will have the new gearbox on the 8th Dec but noting happened. Called Menlyn branch and spoke to Russel the manager of the workshop and he said that he will get me the correct gearbox and also have a courtesy car ready for me on the 12th Dec. Called Menlyn and spoke to Christo and then he said that Russel is not in today and that he does not have a courtesy car ready for me ! Excuse was that 2 cars are at the panel beaters and he does not know when the other car will be back. It this the way how Ford handles there clients ???? I am going to the news papers with this . I will go public to inform everyone how Ford handles there clients and the poor service we get !
