BAD SERVICE FROM FORD SA

In August my car was in an accident.
The people who are repairing it gave a quote and got a go-ahead form the insurance company.
I paid my excess
They ordered the required parts
AND NOW WE WAIT. Believe it or not, the required parts are still on order and every time we ask when they will be here, FORD postpones the date. Now it is 2nd of November 2011. Are you sure 2011?
Without a car for more than 2 months? Is this acceptable? I don't think so.
