This mail serves to inform you of my total dissatisfaction with the service I have been receiving from Global Ford and Mazda Menlyn. Please note that several calls and messages took place, I will only highlight a couple of these. Also further note that this has already been reported to Ford SA as well, all communication was through Duzy. On 29 October 2011 on my way from Lydenburg (where I reside) to Pretoria for a visit, I experienced problems with my car (2006 model Ford Fiesta, TDci, 1600, CCT802L). The error message was "Engine system fault". The exact same thing happened earlier in this year (January 2011), the result of the glow plugs that apparently had to be replaced, this was done by Global Ford and Mazda Menlyn and included injector service as well. On 1 October 2011 I took my car to Global Ford and Mazda Menlyn, where I was assured that work on my car will commence from Monday 03 October 2011. Having encountered the same situation in January, I immediately informed Darius that if it turns out to be the glow plugs, it should be noted that the glow plugs were changed by this same dealership and that it is still under warranty and that I have all the paperwor |
