2 And a half months and still no vehicle!!! |

My vehicle broke down on 21/07/2011, few days after its 80 00km service. The day I picked it up from its service, I drove 10km and the whole vehicle had a white smoke from underneath and smell of oil, I phoned them and they told me its probably spilt oil. Barloworld Armstrong N1 City Goodwood, got me a towtruck and I left my vehicle there. Today my vehicle is still there... First it was my clutch that went, later it was my gearbox, then both. Then welding on the bell housing was cracked, they told me loads of different stories (I have all the proof on emails). This is now my 3rd clutch and gearbox, 30 000km ago Ford replaced my gearbox under factory warranty, now we found out that it was a refurb gearbox, I paid for clutch and release bearing.... They told me numerous times that everything (gearbox, clutch and starter) is now authorised and they will fix my vehicle. Then weeks go by and then the story changes, like I say, I kept every email. I have an extended warranty and sounds like they will pay for starter. But nothing seems to happen there by Ford (Barloworld Armstrong N1 City).....How long do I have to be patient, if they say they will fix, why not fix it???
