| I received points from a friend to top up my existing points so I could afford a holiday every year and not have to accumulate. I was not told that I cannot top up and that a new contract would mean a new account and I would have to pay double the fees I am already paying. I was under the impression I would only pay for the extra points added to my account. I pointed out that I could not afford that kind of money each year and was told that was now the policy.... which was not explained to me or my friend who gave me a few points. They would not do anything to assist and said I must find someone to give them to.. haha.. those few points on their own are useless. If I wanted to top up I have to buy them at a huge sum of money , from Flexiclub..... talk about monopoly. | |||
