No response as promised

Last month I tried to find out about the difference in amounts to be paid via debit order and once off payments. I also mentioned that I was cut off on the phone when trying to speak to a supervisor. Via Hello Peter, Cornelia promised to send me an email in response to my complaint. I am yet to receive this email. How long do they take to respond to anything?

Utterly Disgusted: I have had no response to either of my postings. Flexiclub promised on your site to send me an email, but I am still waiting for this to materialise.
