I am a member of Flexi club for more than 5 years (sorry to say) and paid contract in full I even in a mentally state upgraded in 2008 and paid cash for it. I requested Flexi club to cancel my contract 2 years ago and they said that it is not possible. I paid a lot of money to enjoy a peaceful holiday once a year which never happened due to unavailability of units. I started not paying my annual fees as I found no joy or service from Flexi Club. I even told them that they can give the timeshare away for free and that I don't want it anymore. they said that I should sell the points. To whom should I sell this?? No one wants it!! I don't want this ***thing anymore Take it for free!!! I have invested thousands of rands and got no joy out of it. Flexi club is the biggest Bull****in South Africa. All they can do is threatening you if you are behind with your annual fees. I DON'T WANT THIS CONTRACT ANYMORE!!! Please help me I want to get-rid of this rubbish |
