Flexiclub never has any destinations available, you have to book a year in advance if you want to go on holiday and even then, you might never get the accommodation. Their booking agents don't respond to bookings requests although they are never late to debit your account for the annual fees or levies. I've lost points and cash last year due to them not having any stock available but I can holiday in the Eastern Cape 13 years from now!!!! I've had never ending problems with Flexi Club. They are a total rip off!!!! I want to cancel my membership immediately as I am paying a huge amount of money every month for a product that I cant use due to Flexi Club not having any stock or competent booking agents. I would never recommend Flexi Club to anyone looking to buy timeshare. Ive just called 031 7177388 and had put my phone on speaker for 14 minutes and all it said every 10 seconds was, please hold for the next agent. Is that good service???? |
