Having been a Flexiclub member for 15 years I've really enjoyed the benefits of top quality holidays. Unfortunately this has been repeatedly marred by an admin dept that refuses to respond to e-mails and generally takes more than 3 mnths to resolve even the simplest of problems. It would take too long to give examples here, but I have e-mails to prove it. Now I have another problem and, true to form, I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE FROM FLEXICLUB. This time it relates to some additional points that I purchased a few yrs ago and have now determined that they "disappeared" about 2 yrs after purchasing them. My intense frustration **** in the fact that Flexiclub do not even acknowledge e-mails or online queries, let alone have the ability to resolve them efficiently. 23 Jan - logged onto Flexiclub website & submitted an online request with detailed info about problem. 24 Jan - sent e-mail to [Email Removed] with identical information. 31 Jan - no response to either of the above. Resent above e-mail & copied to [Email Removed] 1 Feb - still no reply to my online request nor any of my e-mails and past experience says that a number of frustrating months ****ahead. |
