| HEADLINE | Flexiclub give vouchers BUT NO STOCK |

| I received a voucher on 3 February from Flexiclub to send a friend on a week long holiday.. I called in on 15 February to check availability, was told to call in with dates.. called in 16 Feb & was told ALL accommodation is booked throughout the Western Cape. They have 1 full week left. Spoke to the manager in reservations to put in a complaint.. was politely told they have open days in Oct & Feb so i should have booked in advance.. HOW THE **** WAS I SUPPOSED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE IF I ONLY GOT THE VOUCHER LAST WEEK. Note that 3 weeks ago i tried to make a booking for myself & could only get a booking in June. Why do they bother sending out these vouchers if NOTHING is available..it just causes more frustration as i already need to book my own holidays a year in advance.. YES I DO KNOW HOW TO USE MY TIMESHARES AS I USE IT ALL THE TIME. | |||

I received an email & a call from Arny at Flexiclub on Friday 10 February 2012... I am still however waiting for a reply on how they are able to assist me ;-( Upadated 24/2 i went from smiling to ECSTATIC all thanks to Arny Nortje.. he really went the extra mile to assist me & i will be sending my guest on a week vacation in July 2012.. thank you Arny |
