| i have just been called at 2am in the USA by Flexi Club with treats of being sued. Flexi Club have been extorting money from me for 15 years for a service I have never used. I have never taken a holiday and when I have attempted to book one space has never been available. I have tried to resign from my membership and have even told them that they can just have their points back. I have been told that I have to sell them to some other poor unsuspecting person who would then be held accountable for the ever increasing levies. In all consciousness I could not do this. They are unscrupulous. I am surprised that the South African government has not become involved and that legally they are able to persist with this behavior. | |||
